SEWACall wireless waiter call system uses wireless RF technology and is 100% plug-and-play, the battery-operated system with a broadcast range of 70-100mts in open areas.
Wireless SEWACall buttons (call, bill, drink, cancel) are on each table.
Different waiters serve tables in groups. For example, waiter A serves Table 1,2,3, and B serves Table 4,5,6.
The display receiver is at the steward station. Stewards receive an auditory alert with the table number of the table requesting service.
Waiter A gets service calls from Table 1,2,3; waiter B gets calls from table 4,5,6, and the management gets calls from all tables.
